For completing the admission formalities, parents are requested to fill the admission form, transport form (if applicable) and submit it to the school office along with mandatory documents given below:
Birth Certificate of student (Upto Class-I) duly issued by The Municipal Corporation / Local Bodies as applicable.
Photocopy of Annual School Report Card of previous class (if applicable).
Original TC is required from previous school for admission for Classes-II and above (duly counter signed by the respective board (if other than CBSE board)).
Self attested photocopy of Aadhaar card of both the parent and student.
Address proof of current residence (Rent agreement/Electricity bill/IGL connection).
Permanent Education Number (PEN) & UDISE No. (Provided by the previous school).
An affidavit or any other document is not acceptable in support of date of birth certificate for admission.
Admission will be granted only upon submission of the original Transfer Certificate.
