For completing the admission formalities, parents are requested to fill the admission form, transport form (where applicable) and submit to the school office along with mandatory documents given below:

Class III to V

Birth Certificate, previous school report card and Original TC is required from previous school for admission to Class-III and above. Admission will not be granted in case TC is not submitted.

Class VI onwards

Birth Certificate, previous school report card and Original TC duly counter signed by the respective board. Online application form is available on the school website www.vanasthalischool.in

TRANSFER/WITHDRAWAL

It becomes necessary sometimes for the parents to withdraw their child from the school due to family re-location. In such cases parents need to follow certain steps for a hustle free procedure - Student Withdrawal Notice is an official document for the parents to inform the school of impending withdrawal.

• Withdrawal notice by other means such as email or verbal notice will not be accepted.
• For getting transfer certificates and character certificates etc. the parents have to give a written application (as per the prescribed format provided at the end). TC/ CC will only given after clearing all dues.
• No student will be permitted to withdraw after the commencement of the session i.e. after 1st April unless fee upto the end of summer vacation is paid. Students may be asked to leave the school on the following grounds :
  • Disciplinary
  • Non-payment of fees

If a child has to be withdrawn from school, parents are requested to give one calendar month notice in writing, failing which, one month's fee will be charged in lieu thereof.

NOTE

"VPS' Withdrawal Policy" is fair and reasonable that allows the students to withdraw from the school, as well as for the school to expel students in accordance with the Expulsion Policy & Fee payment Policy.

FEE

• The total fee/ charges are to be paid in four installments i.e., quarterly.

• The mode of payment is Cheque/DD only, in favour of VANASTHALI PUBLIC SCHOOL.
• Post dated cheques will not be accepted.
• School office will remain open during summer and winter break.
• If the last date to deposit the fee happens to be a holiday then next working day will be considered as the last date. Fine of `20 per day will be charged on the late payment after due date.
• If the fee/charges are not paid by the end of the quarter the defaulter's name shall be struck off the school rolls. Re-admission shall have to be sought again on payment of admission charges of `2500. It is the sole discretion of the school Principal.
• Parents may keep the fee deposit receipts in safe custody and produce these as proof of their payments.
• Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Fee receipt will be subject to clearance of cheques and credit in school's account.
• If the cheque is dishonoured by the bank then a penalty of `150/- will be charged along with late fee.
• Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will not be issued without having cleared the school dues upto that month in which T.C. is taken.
• There will be nominal increase in school fees & other miscellaneous charges every year.
